No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Instead, guests will receive a resort credit equivalent to the amount paid at booking.
Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule their visit up to 90 days before the scheduled check-in date. Any price difference due to seasonal rate changes must be settled at the time of rescheduling, where the original payment will be credited towards the new booking.

Our Stargazing Villas are 1-bedroom intended for 2 people but can fit a max of 4 with the loft space. Our Galaxy Villas are 2-bedroom intended for 4 people and can fit a max of 8 guests.

Dogs will be allowed (up to 2 per villa). There will be pet-friendly villas with small cleaning facilities for your pet outside. Please, help us keep our villas clean. Must reserve one of the PET-FRIENDLY villas (the southernmost villas). Additional pet cleaning fee required.

Yes, of course! We encourage you to. For those who aren't experts we will provide all the equipment needed.

Guests staying at Kosmos are welcome to use the telescopes available in their villas. Our team will be happy to guide you through how to set up and use them properly during your stay.If you’d like a private guided Stargazing Experience with one of our astronomers, please let our customer service team know before your arrival so it can be arranged separately.
